Brod and Taylor offering new lower holiday price
Checking on the site http://brodandtaylor.com for a forum post to me. I see where B&T now has a new lower holiday price. How nice is that for the holidays : )

LOL, I'm just about ready to push that "purchase" button, Sylvia. Your enthusiasm is catchy.
Question for you, which I'm posting here in case other bakers are curious: how long is the power cord to the proofer?
Couldn't find anything about the cord in the .pdf manual or tech info at B&T's site.
Thanks.
Lindy
is what I measure. This length is a safety feature a lot of counter appliances have these shorter cords, so no one trips over a cord hanging off the counter. This is a perfect length for me. The cords long enough so I can pull it forward if needed on my counter or have it close to the wall. It 'the unit' also fits nicely under my wall cupboards.
All removable parts are easily cleaned.
Why wait till the holidays ... your gonna be baking before then : )

Didn't they start out costing something like $159.00? I remember looking at them in early October and realizing that the price, plus shipping to Canada (flat rate of $40.00, apparently) would be +/-$200.00 ........
