Doppelbock Bread

The bread isn't that interesting and I don't plan to make it again, but I've found a new favorite beer!

Who knew they made beer that good and that strong?!
Spaten Optimator. (1 of these is like 5 of any other another beer.)
very high alcohol content (compared to US beers)
Doppelbock is ca. 9% alc, can be more, normal beer is about 4.2%
The story: During lent in catholic areas the monks (who often were the brewers) had to reduce their beer intake...
so they had to increase the alcohol content ...
Same net effect.
