what bread to make
hey there can some1 help me out i am lookin to make a loaf of bread but not to sure what to make not a boring white bread
may be a rye or grain bread but not a sourdough

Have you looked at the recipe section yet?
How about on the home page - there is a list of recommended breads?
You could also try searching on rye?
Alternatively, how about reading all (yes I mean all!) the baker blogs, and see which breads take your fancy - they are not all sourdough, there are many with yeast. For that matter, if you found a recipe you liked and wanted help converting from sourdough to yeast, post in one of the Forums (suggest not as a blog) and I'm sure you would get some help!
