Buttermilk Cluster
I am making Floyd's buttermilk cluster rolls for Easter Dinner tomorrow. Does anyone know if it would be ok to make the dough tonight store it in the fridge and then let it do its rising tomorrow.
TIA!

Yes, you can shape them and make sure you cover the tray with a plastic sheet to prevent drying and put them in the fridge.
When you want to bake your initial temperature must be higher say 200c for five minutes.
However you will see small pimple like on your bread skin, its ok as its called blistering when bread is proofed in the fridge.
7 adults and nary a roll left and so easy! Thanks for the great recipe Floyd!
