I'd suggest "loosely sealed" so it isn't drafty but it can still breathe a little, like in a jar with the lid not screwed down tight or a bowl covered with plastic wrap that is a little loose in a spot or two.

This is a great site. Nice to know there is someone nearby baking at home. But what about this HEAT! As I type, I have a pizza on the stone on the gas grill because we juat can't take the heat in the house.
