blueberry bagels
Ive tried making blueberry bagels many times and cant seem to get a real blueberry flavor. Any one have ideas...success???

Hello,
I made this blueberry breakfast pretzel recipe years ago, which includes blueberry paste as an ingredient for the dough.
I'm pretty sure I added more dried blueberries to the dough - and recall these pretzels as having a really delicious blueberry flavor.
I wonder if adding blueberry paste to bagel dough would work out?
Oh, just remembered yy's post and recipe for blueberry bagels - they sure did bake up with some amazing color.
