Hello everybody !

I'm new also !  Guess this is where I check in! I've never baked bread before and got inspired watching a youtube video of Jeff and Zoe doing HBin5.  Its been fun and quite an education! My guys have been very willing guinea pigs!  part of the reason for learning to bake bread is so they can have healthier bread and in my search for recipes and equipment I came across this website , LCFoodscorp.com In case anyone else is interested , this is where I found the silicon bread pans to make sub sandwich and hamburger buns. They also have hot dog bun pans too, and gluten free products.  Mine arrived yesterday and can't wait to try them with the soft wheat recipe in the book! happy baking everyone!!
