Bakery Video

I just thought I would share a little video a friend of mine did for a class project.  This is my Bakery out of the basement of my home.  Please note, I am a BAKER not an ACTOR!

That's really great!  What a wonderful looking Bakery

Out of interest, how many loaves can you bake at one time?  You've produced a large number for the market!

Thanks lots for sharing

106 is my record for one market.  I usualy bake around 80 plus 4-6 doz cinnamon rolls, 4 doz. pepperoni rolls, cookies and also around 9 doz bagels.  All this is usually baked between midnight and 7 am, market starts at 8:30.  I also do 4 other smaller markets through out the week.  We are blessed in morgantown with lots of great farmers markets!

Wonderful! Thanks for posting - you bread looks lovely.  The last time I walked through our farmers market here in town I didn't see anything that appealed to me, thinking, I'll just go home and bake my own - but yours, I'm sure I'd be tempted to buy :)

Thank you so much for sharing this - the mill is so interesting, I plan to share this with my kids.  Do you grind all your own flours?

Your bread looks terrific, you clearly put a lot of care into the whole project.

Do you mind posting your recipe for the pepperoni rolls, Karen?

I was just reading about those and I've never heard of them, although they do sound great.

Thanks

I could but then I'd have to hunt you all down and.....well you get the picture!  In West Virginia pepperoni rolls are a big deal.   why don't you try making up your own recipe.  It's basicly just a LOT of pepperoni rolled up in a soft bun.

Good luck.
