Looks great! I'm making sandwich bread for the kids' lunches today too ...a 30-40 year old recipe from Bob's Grain Mills that I got back in the '70s ...still a favorite around here (just a basic 50/50 WW/Wh loaf sweetened with honey though ...the kids just happen to like it).
Mmmmm, looks good. All we need now is some butter to go with it. I bet it makes good sandwiches too. Homemade is so much better than what you can buy at the store.
