What do you think;
Would putting a green twig in their beak bring it back to the coming festivities?

With white frosting and a fresh twig of rosemary it will be a beautiful

I guess it's the pointy bits that make it look a bit nazi... I didn't think of frosting them. Good idea, I'm going to do that :-), even though I will have to frost over the sugarcoating i gave it. I guess we will just have to CLUB the kids to bed on easter night, hihi

children getting hyper on eating sugar is a myth. At least this is what I read a couple of months ago. Consider a white frosting of garlic herb cheese :)
They are beautiful looking dove breads! As if they can fly.. How was the taste and crumb?

I will have to wait until Easter before I can taste them. Last year I was up at 5.30 AM taking care of Easter breakfast, and this year we're going to do it a little different :-), so the doves have gone straight to the freezer!
