I made Essential's Columbia from my recent purchase Maggie Glezer's Artisan Baking Across America. I liked the way it turned out and tasted with A/P, W/W, Rye, Wheat Germ.

I love Essentials Columbia and would like to see how mine compare to others. Could you repair your links?
The pretzels above I was inspired to make after seeing Hajime's by Floyd. Loved them! Find it much easier to bake than post!
