Where Do I Buy Baker's Joy?

HI Folks,

Where can I purchase Baker's Joy for the best price?

Thanks,

Steff

If you want the convenience, price differences become a small issue.

I'm in Georgia and it is avaible at Krogers and Publix. I do my shoppimg on Wed. and get a senior discount of 5%. It should be near the baking stuff. There are others just as good under different names. Look for a combo of flour and oil.

This is what I use, I keep it on the counter in a crock with a lid that seals.  In really hot weather I put it in the refrigerator.  It seperates a bit but comes back with a quick stir.

1/2 cup shortening (crisco)

1/2 cup vegertable oil or conola oil

1/2 cup plain flour

Place ingredients in bowl and beat with electric mixer until fluffy.  Place in crock or other container. Apply with pastry brush or paper towel.
