Hello! New member here!

Hi, Just wanted to introduce myself. 

I'm 28, love to cook, and have recently turned to baking bread as a form of meditation in some way. Bread calms me down and I love to bake and share it with people. 

I'm an architectural technologist by day, but an amature baker by night.  I'm glad I found this forum - everything looks really interesting and I think I'm going to learn a lot!

Look forward to sharing my trials, successes and failures here!
