aNother New one
While I have a loaf of Pumpernickel (al Peter Reinart) in the oven I thought I'd join this forum and hopefully get through some trouble spots I've been having following Reinhart's recipes and some from other authors. I like rustic heavy breads and Italian style breads like foccacia and ciabatta. Not totally new to bread making but have become re-interested, and nearly obsessed now since inheriting Reinhart's "Bread Baker's Apprentice". Then came the pizzas and I've been trying many different recipes and flours to arrive at "my" perfect pie. Well..I have a lot of questions...
