Dough sticking to the table
I notice in the "Lessons" thread that students most often complain of the dough sticking to the table top. The best cure I know of is a dough scraper. I use a 6 inch stainless steel drywall knife but there are also purpose made tools as well. I do most of my kneading in my 13 quart mixing bowl and simply scrape the dough from the sides with my fingers. On the table a dough scraper is very handy for dividing and lifting the dough and for cleaning up after.
Hi ssor
