Hello from Western Oregon

Have been reading here for several months, but just joined a couple of weeks ago. This is the first chance I've had to post.

I love to bake - especially breads. During the winter months, I'll bake every week or two. Have a fairly large collection of bread recipes and am currently working my way through them.  Like to make both no-knead and traditional bread, as well as quick breads.

Really enjoy this website - the recipes are interesting and have learned a lot of techniques from the videos.
