windows 7, try to upload a pic :(

I am so disapointed! Tried to upload a pic but it does not seem possible. Also, lately I can only see about a quarter of a pic. Very seldom one comes in completely. What do I do wrog? has it to do with windows7 or with my virus protection ( antivir)?

no idea. If you're seeing a partial image, it sounds like a connection problem not anything to do with the site though.

best to use a photo service - there are many free ones, including photobucket or flickr where they have entire staff of engineers specifically geared towards picture uploading, and then just use the image links they provide you with for posting pictures in any comments here.

I have Win 7 and have no problems uploading a pic.

Are your pics small enough? There is a max (see the directions) and use a picture editor to resize the pics either size or number of pixels(again in the directions).

It doesn't matter what OS or browser you're using. The resolution of the image (I think the max is 800x600) is what's most important here on TFL. I had to use some image modifying software to re-sixe the images I wanted to upload before it would work. Since I don't use Windoze (Linux convert) anymore, I'm not sure what's available for you to do that. I'll do a little research and get back to you later.

Edit: here's an online site that looks easy to use:
