pizza & bread flour
I am just about out of flour,it was Con Agra King Midas Special, was a 50lb bag, It was OK, want to try something different, I want to stay with a flour that will be a good choice for pizza dough & bread.I had GM Remarkable #57122 in mind or GM Full Strength #53381 any comments

Maybe not what you're looking for, but while I will happily use Gold Medal flours when I bake bread for the household, I will, without exception, spend the extra money for King Arthur Bread Flour when making pizza. In my experience it yields a consistently better product. Maybe that's because I take more care with it, since it is more expensive, but there's my two cents.
