Great price for Brotform and others
Good Evening:
A friend of mine e-mail me a great web site for bread head like me. The web site is "brotform.com". I am very happy because I found the cheapest price on the Brotforms. I also found the other breads tools which are on sale at this time. Check it out. I am doing all of my bread tools shopping at this site.

I just purchased an 8-inch round rattan brotform for $ 8.49 at Amazon. I have Prime, so it was shipped free. It's very well made. My first loaf is rising in it right now. Their prices seem really good right now.

from Amazon to be far too shallow and made with inferior materials and returned them. I guess there is a reason they only show it from the top. I ended up buying Kasskonnen from brotform.com...very pleased

Both links I posted show top and bottom of the brotforms. The one I purchased fits my needs perfectly. It's not too shallow for my use and it is very well made. I am very pleased with the results after using it. I will now order some larger brotforms from Amazon.
referring to your post. The pictures don't show the depth. It may fit your needs perfectly but I bought the same exact Brotform and it was 2 inches deep...the one I finally bought was 3 3/4" deep.
I bought my Brotforms /Bannetons also from Amazon and they are 3 inches deep and 8 inches across.
I do not know where you get the 2 inches from?

It must not be the same one then, the brotform I received is 3 inches deep and the interior is 8 inches across. Perfect for my 1 1/2 lb boule. Don't know what you are referring to. But sometimes people just need to vent. I done responding, because up to now all of your "facts" have been wrong.
I am only sharing my experience since maybe just maybe they have a quality control problem. I bought the exact product that you provided the link to......my facts are the truth and you can believe what you wish. I thought the idea of this site was to share information that would be helpful to other bakers...at least that's what it use to be.
