Because there are hardly any bread baking videos out there in Dutch, I decided to do it myself; this loaf is way too good to be only made in English!

Freerk, congrats. You did a great job and I am sure that bakers in the Netherlands will appreciate your efforts. While I could not understand a word, I was able to follow your step-by-step video with no difficulty. well done. Candango
thank you so much! Have you ever tried making the sourdough version of Jim Lahey's "no knead bread? It is the easiest thing in the world. I include a link to a video explaining the sourdough-bit. Don't mind the video (it's a bit freaky towards, I think the lady in question is a bit of an artist) but the recipe works like clockwork very time!
