Bakeries or Patisseries where they can teach? NSW AUSTRALIA near..

Does anyone know of a bakery or patisserie that can give a part time job aswell as letting me learn on the job near Cabramatta NSW Australia?

Or if there are any "classes" near there?

I suggest you look at a TAFE course like :-

Food Processing (Retail Baking - Bread)

I completed the "Retail Baking - Combined" course a couple of years ago, TAFE is probably the best place to start.

I'm at school atm, could I do it part time or something

Doing something part-time should be possible. There are sometimes short courses they offer as well. It'd be best to drop in to Nepean TAFE and find one of the baking teachers for some advice.
