ezekiel breads
tried searching on this site but this led me to advertisements . so im posting in the hope that someone out there has a recipe for this bread. i understand ezekiel bread comes in several versions but the one i used to buy had several spouted grains etc. would love to try my hand at home with a recipe.

I have a recipe that my sister in FLA just sent me. I've not tried making it yet, so I'd love to hear how it turned out.

thanks for recipe. somehow i remember that the ingredients were sprouted. will have to get hold of a loaf and read the ingredients.
