bba pain de campagne
well i regret not doing my homework and reading up on everyones attempt at this particular bread i was suprised at the outcome and dense texture of this bread i did see others who had a successful bake but i figured i might give this bread another try someday i will next time up the hydration and probably cut the yeast in half and use cold cold water. oh well i am trying his rye meteil and sprouted grains from his whole grains bread and i just got a copy of the village baker so i havent been baking at home lately but im about to start up again. btw i am still sold on daniel leaders version of campagne from local breads but i will try again and post about it
