hello! new around these parts and i've already received great information

hi,

i'm lizbeth and i'm new to the kitchen. i used to think of it as the place with the hot thing. it was also the place with the microwave, for heating food that came out of a box.

i've recently discovered a few things about the kitchen. in this discovery, i've decided to give bread baking a try. i've made a few decent loaves of sandwich bread, i've even made a few "artisan" loaves. lol i've even made a couple of bricks.

today, i signed up for this forum because i had a question. in no time, i had a pretty good answer and some new knowledge.

i'm hoping to stick around and learn quite a few things from other home bakers
