Frankie's Pizza

Frankie's Pizza is our favorite pizza shop.  They have two locations - in Enfield and Somers, CT.  They use fresh ingredients and their dough rises very high with large air pockets.  We don't live in CT any longer, but have had several pizzas overnighted to us.  We have purchased the dough which works well at home, but freezing it limits the amount it will rise.

Got to love the pizza located in your home town.
