I used the recipe that's on Breadtopia for 100% Spelt Bread but substituted sprouted spelt flour from Shiloh Farms. It is wonderful toasted. My husband and son think it's one of the best breads I've made thus far.
Would you mind sharing you recipe? It looks delicious and so healthy. Good and healthy whole sprouted grain breads, especially good are the spelt, quinoa, millet. Not a diet more like changing your eating bad fats and carbs and no sugar ect....but it is a bread that can be eaten to loose weight while eating lots of veggies, eggs, meat, coconut oil and Butter yes butter, olive oils...you know much like the low carb lifestyle. Anyway, it all sounds good...to bad I can't keep away from sugar and sometimes use Truvia.
Though, I'm imagining all sorts of things I could put on it that would pretty much wreck any dieting benefits!
