Oven tools in Chicago
We are going to downtown Chicago in a few days for a vacation and wondered if anyone knew a restaurant supply place that I might be able to pick up a nice natural brush for the floor of the oven, hot coal shovel and other WFO tools and any good wood oven restaurants downtown.

I know nothing specific, but I do know that there is a little restaurant supply store at the NW corner of Halsted and Lake that has tons of tempting things. Unfortunately I don't even know the name of the store for you to call and ask. If I have time later I will google it.
