I wanted to post the recipe link but the site would not allow me to post it, when I tried updating the entry it would not let me do anything to the post at all. So therefore it ended up being nothing but a picture and I have not posted since.
If it will allow me I will post the external link to my entry and recipe. Its a wonderful sourdough loaf I made with pan roasted garlic.
I read the recipe on your blog. There's nothing I saw that says the roasted garlic is incorporated in the dough. (Did I miss something?). Are you using the roasted garlic as a spread once the bread is baked?
I just re-read the post entry and realized it was not written but yes the roasted garlic mixture is incorporated into the dough mixture once its cooled down.
