Caio from Aiken, SC

Hello I am a New haven transplant to South Carolina, well actually i lived here now going on 28 years.  I have been able to recreate a lot of the foods I grew up with and just finished building a brick oven to completely recreate the new Haven Style Pizza. Still some recipes elude me and I hope with your help i can find something that will work.
