10 quart Hobart accessories

I am looking for a dough hook and whisk for a 10 quart Hobart.  Does anyone know where I could find those parts?  Hobart no longer makes that size machine or parts.  I am wondering if the 12 quart attachment (dough hook) would fit.  If it can fit on the machine I can have it cut to fit.  I can live without the whisk as I need the machine to knead bread which I now do by hand.  I have a 6 quart Kitchen Aid which is suitable for small batches of dough.

Thank you very much for your suggestion.  I did call them and they do have a bowl, but not the other parts I require.  Hobart no longer makes the 10 quart or anything else to fit it.  I do not acutally get the machine until July...I am hoping to find what I need by then.

Something to include in your request...  is the model number.  As you said Hobart's isn't making it anymore, I am sure its the "ED" style rather than the "Legacy"  (it mostly deals with how the attachment fits onto the driveshaft)  Here are a few places you can find them...

You might want to check with Hobart...  I've heard that the Globe line of dough hooks will work on older Hobarts.

When you are searching with Google...  use Hobart C-100, it is the model I am sure you're going to be getting.

E-bay has a link to a store that says it carries both paddle and dough hook.  I am sure its a "J" hook style.   Was listng at $175 and $110.

Lists whip, paddle and dough hook at $220, $85 and $185.

Mixer bowl  for $175.   A very useful addition if you're doing a lot of dough!  One mixing while the other is autolyse or being washed.

Additionally, I would say that absolutely NO to the idea of using a 12 quart hook, its longer which would require you to cut and rebend, then grind to taper the working end....   and as invariably they are made of aluminum, they don't bend well even with heat!

Another handy website to put in your library is

Probably one of the least expensive sites to purchase bannetons make of natural cane, (rather than plastic)
