I stick with the sourdough stuff and let my wife do the fancy cooking and baking.
I have a very solid and simple heavy bread recipe I call "Prospectors Sourdough Bisquit Bread" that I bake every few days instead of buying bread. It is really a lazy man's recipe, no kneading and very little mess. Everyone seems to like it. It uses a name brand bisquit mix so I am not sure if I should post it on the net.
In addition, I try out a new sourdough recipe roughly once every couple weeks. Usually I find them a bit too complicated for my lazy way of baking.
Hi, Dennis.
Welcome to TFL!
So, what are you baking?
David

What is your favorite sourdough recipe?
