New dough boy from Texas

Hi! Came across this site more or less by accident but can't do without it now.

Bread in all its forms and shapes is my delight and stuck on that proverbial desert island

my choice of nourishment would be bread, bread, and more bread. Well, maybe some butter and jam, too.
