Long time lurker finally saying hello

Hi everybody!

I have been lurking around this site for a long, long time (like three years) and I finally found the motivation to become a productive member of the community. I found this site oh-so-long-ago while I was looking for a soft pretzel recipe. Since then I have vastly improved my baking skills and have become the "parent" of a sourdough starter.

I plan on further introducing myself with a blog post later today, but I wanted to say hello first.
