Greetings, I am curious to know if a spiral mixer can be used to mix dough that uses eggs/sugar/honey/etc...such items like sweet breads, crossaints, brioche, etc... thanks all! Just as with any baking, you have to know how you want the dough to look and feel and use your tools to achieve that.
