Hi from the Eastern Shore of MD

Hi Everyone 

I have been very into pizza making for the last couple of years and have decided to start playing around with trying to make some different breads.  We moved to MD from PA and have a hard time finding the Italian breads and hoagie rolls we use to love so I'm going to see what I can do!

Looking forward to all of the great info here.

Nice to meet you Amanda. Good luck with finding the right Hoagie buns to bake. Please post images when you can, it helps to understand what you have made. There are lots of threads on buns and sandwich buns here. You should be able to find something you like.
