hello from breadbaby

Hi, everyone.  My name is breadbaby and I just wanted to introduce myself.  I have been baking yeast breads for awhile now, but would like to move away from recipes and start using formulas, which seem to offer more freedom to be creative but with good results...not so much hit-or-miss results.  Anyway, I look forward to learning alot from all you guys.
