Sure! In the foreground is a focaccia with roasted yellow peppers, basil pesto and parmesan cheese. Above and to the left is a KAF Harvest Grain bread. This was my first attempt with a banneton and I am very happy with the results. To the left is a whole wheat with grains, also from the banneton. Above, to the left, are two whole wheat sandwich loaves, and to the right is a semolina sandwich loaf. I will try to post pictures after they have been sliced. I would be interested in any comments on the crumb.
Those look amazing!
Thanks. This is the most bread I have ever made in one day, and the house smells amazing!
can you give us an idea of what you have made there??

What's extra impressive is that you made six very different kinds of bread, not just six of one type.
I am duly amazed.
