Hi From Southern West Virginia

Thanks for all the new recipes that I can find on this site and more than anything else the LOVE OF BAKING! I love baking and is a kind of therapy for me I have it in my genes...both my grandmothers where superb bakers of bread among other confections.

I owned a Bed and Breakfast until the "bomb" hit us, now I'm just hoping things will turn around, but baking is my passion. Love to cook as well. When my husband and I owned our B & B it was the highlight of my days when I heard the ahhs of things I had baked. I am trying to work on yeast baking right now...hope that I can contribute as well as take.
