Hello
Hello I'm from Tylertown, Ms. I stay at home and do what I want. I have been disabled for 10 years now. I bake and trial an error, I'm sure you all have done that. Some comes out good an some don't. I have a moto if I make a recipe an it doesn't come out I write NO GOOD!!! on it. Hey! it's my cookbooks so I can write in them if I want. When I do this I don't have to try again. I have bought cookbooks for sourdough an all sorts of things for the past 50+years so I do have alot of them. I'm living in Ms. now but, have been in Louisiana all my life. So I really can cook cajun. Been in Ms a little over 10 years an so far it is a great place. Got 33 acreas so that's a big place. Call it homesteading I guess. I can, an dehydrate lots of me garden. Also when I can catch good deals in town.
Now, I have tryed to print Erics sourdough recipe an I just can't get the whole recipe to come out. Right half is cut off. What am I doing wrong? I'd love to have all his pictures also I can see while doing the sourdough recipe.
I have found so many recipes I want to try soon her on this fourm. This is the Best!! What I see some have my experence with baking also.
I raise quail, chickens, milk goats an sell for extra $ you know how that is on a set income. I also love to garden. Just to see all I can plant. This year too much, couldn't give things away. Everbody here had one. We are all trying to get back what we had before Kitrina. It really hit all of us hard here. But, thanks to the good Lord no lives. Well , I could go on an on here so I'll say Hi an glad to be here with all of you wonderfull people. Mary
