Yes, except that I used 1/4 cup sourdough starter instead of yeast and except for the 2 cups of bread flour with the starter that I left on my counter all day that was bread flour, the remaining 2-3 cups of flour that is kneaded into a dough (refrigerated overnight) is KA whole wheat. My 4 yr old loved it and had a picture taken with her! And hubby kept sawing slices until there is only one half of one loaf left.
