I made Anadama Bread from Reinhart's BBA. It turned out great! I will definately be making this bread again.

It looks fantastic! I've been meaning to bake this as well, except the version from WGB.

What book is WGB? Or who is WGB?

That's the title of the last Peter Reinhart book.
Thanks for the info on WGB being Peter Reinhart's new book. I will have to check that out -- I would like to know the difference between the two Anadama breads as mine from his BBA didn't turn out that great for me. I have had very good luck with other breads from BBA and I would like to try again on the Anadama. (I not suggesting anything wrong with BBA here -- it was most likely me and my choice of corn meal.)
