I did use my dougnnut pans
to make these mini white chocolate lemon poundcakes

These donut pound cakes are adorable! Thanks for the idea. I will try my gluten free muffins in these. I like the kefir cheese drizzle. I make kefir cheese for my husband but, alas, I cannot eat it myself.

Sharon, I like my milk grains better than my water grains. The water grains seem to be a lot more fussy than my milk grains. I eat my cereals with milk kefir every day and I make water kefir juice for my son and kefir d'Uva for my husband. I use fresh grapes (sometimes apples) to make 100% juice but put milk grains in it and it usually turns out very well that way. My little boy and big guy love it.
