Greetings from southern mexico

Hello all,

I am a 48 year old, female canadian living in southerm mexico. I entertain alot and do fund raisers from my home to support medical brigades that I organize and fund.

I found this wonderful site this morning, and have the corn meal and raison bread doing its first rise in the oven as I write this.

We (husband and I and various animals) have lived in southerm mexico for 12 years this march. When we first left southern ontario, I began using cooking as a way to utilize my time . Since we have lived in southern mexico, I have become more of a baker, as international cooking ingredients are sometimes difficult to find..

Once I become more familiar with this site I will post some pictures and comments..
