Nice video! I would like to have the bus trays he works on and the oval pizza/calzone pan!...maybe a resturant supply store?

My thoughts exactly! Yes you can get those at a restaurant supply house, but probably not in that pretty color.

Any color except orange would do and a place to put it! :)

That was really cool. I especially liked the part where he showed us how to shape the dough into a ball by tucking the edges under and then twisting it. That should create some surface tension!
