How much would you charge to come and be my personal baker,?
How many people in the family :)
As usual, your goodies look very tasty!
I hope it's been "good" busy for you.
Happy Father's Day to you!

I'm still kinda new here, but I was lurking long enough to have gotten in on your original post of the onion rolls. As it happens that's exactly what I'm making for Father's Day. A big thanks to you.
Have a Happy Day yourself! Bake on.

Nice to see you back Norm. How did you shape that Cinnamon Raisin Challah?

just take the dough pieces and with a rolling pin make 4 inch by 5 inch flat pieces brush with egg wash or water. fill with cinnamon sugar heavy on the cinnamon and raisins roll them up tight like very small buns. roll them with your hands till they are large enough to twist and twist them using whatever way you like.
I think I can do that!

Norm..good to see you back. As always, delicious looking goods. Mocha, one of my favorites. Is the mocha the cake, frosting or both?
Happy Dad's day to you!

yellow chiffon with mocha buttercream filling with a thin layer of apricot jam and white buttercream on the outside.
Just looking at the picture, I can imagine how pillowy the challah is going to sink in my mouth. Just fabulous!
