Need help to restart my starter

I'm back from my trip now.  My two different starters have been in the fridge since Friday morning.  I'll take them out tomorrow.  Should I feed them immediately or let come to room temp or other?  I started them nine days before last Friday.  Thanks for any advice.

Mine doesn't care whether it's brought back to room temperature or not, but it does like to be energized by stirring in the "food" and then folding about a dozen times to introduce more oxygen.
