Where I find on "The fresh loaf"" message options?? I'm very sorry but I do not know where is it.Dolf told me why I do not use it. Can someone can give me 101 how this works??

Look for "messages" in the left navigation.
You have to log in first and it is right below.
Then click on my account, then notification options.
