Traditional sourdough (only) breads...information
Hello
Is there a site that has traditional Italian sourdough breads using only an active SD starter? Most all Italian breads I find on the internet that claim to be sourdough are not true SD breads.

There are also threads here on TFL about sourdough Semolina Breads. Try using the search engine. The search text entry box is near the top of the left hand frame of all TFL pages.
