Officially a bread baker.
As of early this morning I was offered a job in a local bakery after making a couple of different loaves of bread. I'm really excited and can't wait to get some more hands on experience.

Its one of the best jobs out there. Let people know where you work to drum up business for the place. We all have to support the indy bakeries (they are getting to be scarce these days)
Thanks. I'm still kind of wary telling people as I just finished going to school for something entirely different and bread baking is a little unique to say the least.
when you start popping loaves out of the over people will love you. Nothing people love better than good homemade bread. I always get requests for bread when my family/friends get together. like tomorrow when my sis-in-law comes to visit
