Now if you'll excuse me, I have a Lego jail set to help assemble for my son. At least with Legos, there are no tools involved.
Thanks to everyone on this forum for all of their insights, helpful hints, wonderful recipes, and last, but never least, encouragement. You've made my foray into the world of sourdough a wonderous journey and I am forever thankful! Continued kudos to you, floyd; we owe you much and are so grateful...I'm sure there isn't a soul out here that doesn't feel this from the bottom of their heart!
